The Key Structures facility combines an efficient layout, time-tested equipment and state-of-the-art innovation to efficiently construct building components, or "modules", within a climate-controlled setting. These modules are built using the same materials as traditional on-site construction—just much, much faster.
Best of all, the systems and procedures utilized by Key Structures assure quality is maintained throughout each step of the construction process. Our quality control processes assure compliance with international building codes.
Once building components are finished at the Key Structures facility, they are wrapped in weather tight materials for protection from the elements during transportation to the jobsite. After delivery, each module is carefully assembled on-site so construction may be completed in a matter of days.
Completed building components
Modules that are completed inside the Key Structures facility often arrive to the jobsite nearly complete. Because the modules are built under roof, in dry conditions, moisture isn’t as large an issue as it can be with traditional on-site construction, which reduces waste and improves indoor air quality.
Since buildings components are engineered to endure the journey from facility to jobsite, Key Structures' modules typically use more framing materials, resulting in stronger construction than traditional on-site building methods. From our facility to the final site, you receive a high-quality, beautiful structure.
